Each diaper comes with a microfiber insert. No stains or tears. Laundered perfectly in powder eco friendly detergents, air dried (I was a little OCD with them, lol). Elastic is still perfect. 5 Floral Patterns, 2 Fruit Patterns, 1 Solid Pink. Beautiful girly patterns in a world of some very dull options for cloth diapers... haha!
