I purchased this as a damaged item. It is new and the tag is attached. There are three rips near the neckline. Close up pics are shown in the last picture. They are minimal and could be fixed with an under stitch on each area. Other Lululemon/Ohio State items are still available, but I do believe this one has been sold out.
