Two vintage Hull art pitcher pottery. The smaller 1940s one has the number W-2-5 1/2. Made in the USA. THE second pitcher SOS 6 1/2 made in the USA.
Wikipedia provides some information on Hull Pottery which began in 1905 in Crooksville, OH. Hull Pottery is credited with producing much of the mid-century florist pottery as well as Old Spice products. It was after rebuilding from the flood of June 19, 1950 and reopening on January 1, 1952 that Hull expanded and diversified their product line to include Continental, Ebb Tide, Parchment and Pine, Tokay and Tropicana until the late ‘60s. Production ceased in March 1986.
