These scream farmhouse! Vintage 1940's restaurant ware. These are used and do show wear. These are hard to find one by one, much less a whole set.
Stoneware/Ironstone, very show off worthy in any farmhouse kitchen. I have 2 sets of these , each set includes 6 dinner plates, 6 appetizer plates and 3 saucers.
Of course these can be used for good eating or display. I like to use the little plates and saucers under my plants to hold water. You can use them as cute dishes to feed your pets on, candle holders or display them on your dining room walls.
The rim of each piece has a sweet and simple scallop design. The color is a shade of white but not a bright white- more creamy white, adobe color.
