This is a 90s USA-made RUSSELL ATHLETIC cotton cardigan.

While Russell's sweatshirts are mainly made of a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, this cardigan is made of 100% combed cotton, resulting in a smooth, soft, and incredibly comfortable texture. (Photo 12)
