Vintage porcelain set. Arita Ware dates back to the early 17th century with the discovery of porcelain clay near Arita. It became highly prized and was extensively exported to Europe via the port of Imari, leading to it often being referred to as "Imari ware" in the West.
Beautiful blue and white hydrangeas.
