Beautiful pastel blue dress with puff sleeves and sheer tulle overlay patterned with glittery blueberries. Has one defect: one of the back ribbon ties has started to fray in the seam (see pictures). I have also altered each of the shoulders by about 1/2 inch to raise the neckline. The seams have been cut with pinking shears and sealed with FrayCheck so they won't fray.
