Vintage white handmade girls first communion dress with puff sleeves trimmed in lace. Lace medallion on the bodice with pin tucks on the front and back as well as an attached sash. Very nice seamstress work. There is a spaghetti strap slip in size 12 so it was not handmade.
I’m assuming the dress is about a size 12 also but measurements are as follows. Pit to pit is 16.5 with sash not tied. Shoulder to hem is 31”. The dress is in great condition. The only thing I see is a tiny spot on the bodice. The slip looks like it has yellowed a bit.
