Absolutely gorgeous vintage MCM amethyst / purple pedestal ball/globe 8" vase. Really nice vase very high in quality,has hand blown pontal on the bottom center of the pedestal base,w production marks. UNFORTUNATELY AS SEEN IN THE LAST PHOTO THERE ARE THREE DECENT SIZE CHIPS ON THE BOTTOM BASE. OTHERWISE THERE IS NO OTHER DAMAGE FACE IS STILL VERY BEAUTIFUL AND VERY FUNCTIONABLE AND HOLDS WATER HOLDS FLOWERS JUST THE CHIPS ON THE BASE. CAN BE POSITIONED SO THEY'RE NOT SEEN THAT MUCH DISPLAYED. See pictures for visual description and measuring tape measurements. I'm not sure of the exact brand but is probably Emily / Murano?? Maybe someone can educate me if they know the exact maker. Definitely old I'm guessing 1960s 1970s and I think this is true vintage Amethyst Glass. Vintage MCM glass collectors take me home today!
