Selling a CANON AL-1 35MM FILM CAMERA & LENS SET in very good overall condition. This basic single-lens reflex (SLR) film camera with electronically controlled shutter and standard 50mm lens is ideal for a student or beginner photographer. Meter works and shutter fires at all speeds. Aperture Priority exposure mode, battery check, counter reset, and self timer all work as expected. Battery compartment is clear of corrosion and light seals and mirror bumper appear to be in good shape. Best of all, the often broken battery compartment door is intact!
Notes: various bright marks and general wear throughout – slight paint chip on center edge of top plate – surface marks on bottom plate – light dust seen through viewfinder – slight dust and haze in lens – CLA recommended.
