These are official Skullcandy Hesh Evo wireless Bluetooth headphones - over ear. They're fully functional, Bluetooth connects and both sides play sound.
Defects - ear pads are falling off (simple replacement), right side plays a tiny bit lower than the left, minor flaw. Headband has some slight wear (see photos).
Still very usable as-is or can be fixed up with replacement earpads. Charger not included (usb-c) but will ship fully charged!
