This cuckoo clock is extremely rare and incredibly hard to find. Unfortunately, he does have a few flaws. As you can seeblackbeard is missing his arm.
I have yet to see this clock, actually cuckoo to wear the parrot comes out. On the hour, though he does have music. The back panel is missing, which doesn’t play a factor because it’s hanging on a wall. 
He can be set up so the lights are always on or you can make it so the lights are off, but he sings his song on the hour. Please see all pictures
