TO LOWER - If you want to lower the plant, you can hold the bottom of the pot, lift up approx. 1inch, after hearing a crisp click (the pulley has been unlocked), grab the potted plant & pull down slowly till you reach desired height. Then, let it come down an inch very slowly then it will catch & stop.
