This is a stunning French Portieux/ Vallerysthal blue lidded dish circa 1940 or earlier.
Although this piece is not marked, it was made by Portieux/Vallerysthal, renowned glassmaker in France.
This blue opaline bonbon dish features shell all around the lid and the knob is actually a large shell.
The three feet feature sea serpents heads.
