The Mattel California Dream Barbie Fashion has never been removed from its box, but the box does show a little wear from storage and age. There is a small tear at the front bottom left of the box—please look at the close-up photo.
This yellow-striped outfit was a variation of Barbie Fashion #4465 and was only sold at Kmart. (Number listed on the box is 4465; Asst. 4472.) Note that the photo of the fashion in the bottom right of the box does not quite match the set in the box.
The 1987 fashion set includes a shirt, shorts, tank top, visor, flying disc, belt, and shoes, all within its original, unopened package.
