These are in good preowned condition. They have a bronze base and stand approximately 13 inches high including the bulb. There is a rubber ring on the bottom when placed on the bottom of the candle can raise it up to 15 1/2 inches high. (Shown in the 3rd picture). It takes 4 AA batteries each. I have added a picture of the instructions which I found online. The bulb is brighter in one side and less bright in the other. The bulb has a slight flicker. Batteries not inc.
