• Spine: marks/heavy fading and wear/tearing at ends. Small tear in cloth
• Pages: overall good condition with some age marks, some writing/markings in pencil, folded corners and small tears. Many pages are clean. Last catalog page in the back is loose and blank page in back torn out
• Edges: age marks and darkening
