Awesome multi-colored frilly 2-layer tiered petticoat vintage 1980's by SAM's, a well-known provider of dance clothing. I'm guessing this is vintage 1980's - it's 2 layers of white 100% nylon tulle/organza/organdy (not sure which) each ending in ruffles in neon pink, green, blue & yellow. The pictures with the skirt spread out on my driveway show the bottom layer only with the top layer piled up in the middle, & both layers spread out on top of each other. Lots of volume here, and in very good condition! Elastic is weak but still works, it's easily replaced for a smaller fit or different waist size.
