VTG Independent Stuntmen of Motion Pictures Hollywood Buckle Blank Brass Plaque

I'm calling this a buckle blank. It has none of the hardware on the back to use as a belt buckle. It has some paper affixed to it maybe a buckle craftsman would solder the hardware onto the back of it. Outside of this I cannot say what this is. I've found one other of these "blanks" which sold and 3 or 4 buckles with this face on them.

INDEPENDENT STUNTMEN OF OF MOTION PICTURES IS AN ORGANIZATION FORMED BY LARRY EUGENE DUNN IN THE 1970s. LARRY DID WORK FOR UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. HE ALSO WORKED ON SUCH SHOWS AS EMERGENCY AND KOJAK AND SEVERAL OTHERS. SOMETIMES ACTING AND SOMETIMES STUNTING. HE BECAME WELL KNOWN FOR HIS "FIREY ROLL OF DEATH" THE HE PERMOMED AT SAUGUS SPEEDWAY AND OTHER EVENTS AROUND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. LARRY ALSO RAISED MOUNTAIN LIONS, AFRICAN LIONS AND EVEN A SIBERIAN TIGER. IT WAS HE HOPE OF BREEDING HIS MALE TIGER WITH ONE OF HIS AFRICAN LIONS AND THERE FOR CREATING A RARE TIGALON.
