Our material provides excellent resitance against warping, cracking, stains and cuts. LARGE SIZE - Measures 18 x 12 x 0.5 inches and is meant for professional use or serious cooks. Can fit in most large home dishwashers but may need to be washed by hand for smaller units. RED COLOR - HACCP color coded for raw meat (beef, pork, etc) to help prevent cross contamination and meet health inspection criteria. PROFESSIONAL USE - Stamped with NSF certification for use in restaurants and food service settings. Can withstand 200F commercial dishwashers with sani steam.
