Lionel Polar Express O-Gauge Observation Car.
It has some glued on Christmas decorations and figures with what looks to be some hot glue. Bought this as part of a larger lot and already have an observation car so I don’t care to remove the decor on this one. Selling to someone who may be willing to take it off or just looking to add this piece to their collection for cheap.
