Chuck E. Cheese started making dated video arcade tokens in 1977 and has made a HUGE number of different tokens since then (see www.arcadetokens.net/cec/CEC.html for a listing of known tokens). After 2016 they mostly changed to cards, and now only a few games in some locations still use tokens. This is a standard 25mm brass token, same design on both sides. This adult head type was used at franchises and it somewhat less common than the juvenile head design used at corporate locations.
