PLEASE NOTE: This Orbit Arizona Mist System, 12 Foot, 3/8", Cooling Misting Kit, model 31760 was received in an auction lot, so I'm not aware of its entire history. But what I can tell you from my current observation is this: The item arrived in damaged packaging. But after inspecting the item itself, I determined that it had not been used. This stems from the fact that I did not smell any water smell from water that might have been left in the hose had it been used. Secondly, there appeared to be no wear on the device and all of the pieces appeared to be present . Please examine the pictures and if there is anything that I might have missed, please feel free to let me know. NO RETURNS!!!!
