Gorgeous hand painted dress. White halter dress features halter top, open back, smocked elastic waistband, colorful flowers---some are hand painted, some are made of fabric and securely attached with some sort of fabric adhesive.
I think this was made in Mexico but am not 100% positive.
Perfect for a beach wedding, festival wear, looking fabulous all summer.
Very good condition; no holes; elastic is good. No tags; fabric has a gauzy feel but is more substantial than the gauze you usually find.
Should fit modern small to medium women's sizes. Material has plenty of stretch, waist is elastic.
