The concept for this cable is to take the performance one step further by reducing the Dielectric affect on the signal. To do this I went to the use of cotton as the Insulation material. Now The construction of this cable starts with (2) Jupiter Condenser 20AWG 4N OFC solid core wires in a cotton dielectric. Step one the (2) conductors are twisted together then covered in a second thick braided cotton sleeve. Step two the cable is covered with 4 layers of PTFE (Teflon). The PTFE has no affect on the conductor since it is not in contact with it. The PTFE is mainly used as a filler to give the cable some shape. Step three the cable is then covered with a Techflex Sleeving. Now we move to the Connectors which are AECO Gold Plated (No Nickle Base) Tellurium Copper and will be attached using Wonder Silver Solder.
