The cases have my daughters' names on them (Tried to remove them but I wasn't able to. Sorry about that). The outer coating has started to come off of the case straps but the straps are still sturdy. There's a few scuff marks and sticker marks on the back of the tablets but the screens are in good shape and they work great The Princess pad comes with rechargeable batteries but they don't seem to hold a charge. Both work with 4 AA Batteries (not included). Mentioned scratches and blemishes are shown in pictures.
