Vtg Boggle Parker Brothers 1976 Hidden Word Game Used w/all Pieces Instructions

A 1976 vtg edition of the Parker Brothers game, Boggle was introduced in 1972. The objective of this hidden word game is to earn the highest score by finding as many hidden words as you can. Vtg game is 100% complete even though it is a pre-owned item. Includes the dice grid, base & lid, 16 letter cubes, 3 minute sand dial timer & instructions. All you need to play is a pencil & sheet of paper. Game was made for 8 years of age to adults & for 2-6 players. Basically the 16 letter cubes are shaken up in the grid. Then with your pencil, paper & 3 minute timer you are writing down as many 3+ letter words you find by connecting adjacent letters horizontally, diagonally or vertically. Each cube can only be used once. No proper nouns, abbreviations or contractions allowed. The longer, more unusual the words are the more points earned. Great game for vtg game collectors or for those who like word games & lively competition. Box dirty & stained from age but all pcs are in great shape and clean
