These are vintage candlestick holders which appear to be part pewter and part metal (base however that may be pewter too).
Estimated age about 1930s from a family whose mother lived in Shanghai, China. I do not have any additional knowledge of these candle holders.
They have an etched design as seen in pics.
One is fairly clean and the other requires some cleaning. Usage marks. Base borders appear to be a little bent.
Measures about : 4” in diameter.
