Lights can stay on constant, or have two strobe settings. Help keep your little safe and visible for you and others! Includes leash and locking wristlet.

Harness is upcycled/restored by me. Lighting is EL wire, hand sewn. EL wire makes a light humming noise, this is normal, but notable. EL wire is not waterproof, but water resistant. Backpack is not intended for use as a toy, and should be stored in the box it comes in for the longevity of the EL wire.
For an additional charge, have your battery encased in something more water resistant. Just send me a message.
