Comes as is in pre owned condition. Both controllers work fine and all the buttons register and there is no stick drift. There minor cosmetic wear and there is an issue with updating the controllers. They seem to have an issue updating in which they show that there updating, but nothing happens. However they are usable and playable with an meta quest even with this update problem.
