This lot is in good though used condition from a smoke free pet free home. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description since some items definitely show more wear than others, mostly the shoe shoppe and dance studio, like peeling stickers or discoloration. One side of the bow on the dance studio top is broken and no longer able to attach to the studio, but it's not super noticeable or affect the toy much. The clothes are in good shape, with only one skate with a small reparable hole in its toe. PRICE IS FIRM.
